Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions, along with your official order and payment of order constitute a Contract of Sale between you, the customer, and Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd. Changes to these Terms and Conditions may apply from time to time however are only undertaken and enforceable with the written permission of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty.
1. Privacy Declaration
1.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty are committed to respecting the privacy of its customers. The following policy discusses how personal information received by Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will be dealt with.
1.2 Although not required by law to comply with its’ provisions, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty by its’ professionalism and commitment to its customers operate within the boundaries of the Privacy Act 1988 (also sometimes referred to as the Privacy Principles Act or the Personal Information Privacy Principles Act) in dealing with its’ customers.
1.3 In doing so, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty customers will have the confidence that they are dealing with a supplier committed to excellence and security of its customers private information.

Information Protection Principles
1.4 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty must not do anything, or engage in any practice, that contravenes any information protection principles contained in the Privacy Act. In particular Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty declare that it will:
1. Not collect personal information unless:
- a. the information is collected for a lawful purpose that is directly related to a function or activity of the purchase of products through the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website AND
- b. the collection of the information is reasonably necessary for that purpose

7. Help an individual to ascertain whether the Company holds personal information, whether the Company holds personal information relating to them, and, if so, the nature of that information, its purpose and their entitlement to gain access to the information
8. Provide the individual with access to the information
9. Make appropriate amendments (whether by way of corrections, deletions or additions) to ensure that the personal information is accurate, and relevant, up to date, complete and not misleading
10. Attach to the information, in such a manner as is capable of being read with the information, any statement provided by that individual of any amendment sought
11. Notify recipients of that information of the amendments made
12. Not use the information without ensuring that the information is relevant, accurate up to date, complete and not misleading
13. Not use the information for a purpose other than that for which it was collected unless;
- a. the individual to whom the information relates has consented to the use of the information for that other purpose OR
- b. the other purpose for which the information is used is directly related to the purpose for which the information was collected OR
- c. the use of the information for that other purpose is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of the individual to whom the information relates or of another person
14. Not disclose the personal information unless the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of the individual concerned or another person.
15. Ensure that, if personal information is disclosed to a person or body that is a public sector agency, that the agency does not use or disclose the information for a purpose other than the purpose for which the information was given to it.
For the purposes of this declaration, personal information means information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database and whether or not recorded in a material form) about an individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained from the information or opinion.
For the purpose of this declaration, Company means Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd
2. Placing an Order
2.1 Orders can only be accepted by customers who have registered with Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty online and who have a registered customer email and password.
2.2 Placing an order with Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty is as simple as logging in, selecting your products, filling out the order form and paying for your order by one of the prescribed payment methods.
2.3 Once you have completed the order process, you will receive an email confirming your order details and payment details. You will be able to track your order at any point online by logging onto the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website and viewing your Order History online.
2.4 By placing an order and providing payment, you are agreeing to enter into a Contract of Sale. You are also agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions as identified on the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website.
2.5 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty reserve the right to refuse service, terminate an order, remove or edit website content at their discretion.
2.6 Your order stands confirmed ONLY when you receive notification from Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty confirming payment has been received.
3. Order Acceptance
3.1 Orders can only be accepted and paid for by persons over the legal age of 18 years. Persons under the age of 18 years are referred to as ‘minors’. By placing an order with Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty you are acknowledging that you are not a minor and are over the age of 18 years.
3.2 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall, in the event that an order is placed using a false declaration of a minor/s, have the right to recover any loss, financial or otherwise caused due to a transaction by a minor/s. The legal guardians or parents of the minor/s who place an order with Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty undertake the responsibility of any loss, financial or otherwise caused by such a transaction/s to Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty.
4. Accepted forms of payment
4.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty accept payment via Visa Card, Master Card and Bank to Bank deposits. No other forms of payment are accepted.
4.2 Payment processing will begin as soon as Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty have received all relevant order information.
4.3 The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will commence on the next business day.
4.4 Credit card payment will only be accepted once you have confirmed you agree to the Terms and Conditions of sale, you acknowledge you are over 18 years of age and you are an authorised person to use the Credit Card for which details have been provided for the purpose of the order.
4.5 Upon clearance of all details, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will email you a tax invoice which is to be used for proof of purchase.
5. Product Delivery
5.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will endeavor delivering your order within 5-10 days for Ready Made blinds, 15-20 working days for Custom Made blinds. This period shall commence from the date of issue of your tax invoice indicating clearance of funds. The estimated time of delivery excludes weekends and public holidays.
5.2 Whilst every effort is made to work within these estimated delivery periods, sometimes this is out of the control of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty. In the event that you have not received your order in the timeframe indicated, you are required to contact Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty.
5.3 Orders will be delivered to the address provided for the order and as it appears on your Order Confirmation notification. In the event that your address cannot be found, you will be notified by email. In the event that there is no one there to collect your order, a calling card will be left with details of how to collect your order or arrange another delivery time. Should you agree to have your product left and not signed for, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall not be held liable for goods delivered under these circumstances. You will be considered to be the owner of the goods after the delivery.
5.4 In the unlikely event that the order is returned to sender, the order will not be re-despatched until a new lot of postage has been paid by the customer to cover the cost of the resend. In this instance, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty reserve the right to hold onto the order until such times as the re-despatch postage payment has been paid. If the customer does not wish to repay for the postage for the re-despatch of the order and wishes to cancel the order, then Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall refund the cost of the order less the cost of the original freight and an administrative fee of $50.00. Should the total order be less than the cost of the freight and administrative fee, then there will be no refund to the customer in this instance.
5.5 Delivery is made to the contracted address (shipping address) as it appears on your order. Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty cannot change or redirect an order once it has been despatched. If you need to change your shipping address please let us know prior to your order being despatched from the warehouse.
6. Cancelling your order
6.1 For all products that are made to order, production normally begins the day after an order is placed. Therefore Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty are happy to cancel orders as long as Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty are contacted within one (1) business day (Monday to Friday) from the date the order was submitted to Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty. Orders that are cancelled after one (1) business day may incur additional charges. However, if the order has commenced the processing stage within our warehouse then we are not in a position to cancel the order.
6.2 Ready Made blinds not requiring resizing will generally be despatched on the same day of order. Orders cannot be changed once they have been despatched.
7. Freight Claim Policy
7.1 Upon receipt of your order, please be sure to inspect cartons/boxes carefully and note any immediately observed damaged to the driver.
- Do not sign for badly damaged cartons or boxes
- If you believe the cartons/boxes to be damaged but the product inside undamaged, ask the driver to give you a written copy of the order with a description of the damage
- If product is damaged, do not discard the cartons/boxes. All freight claims must be reported to Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty using the issue form located in ‘My Account’ within two days of the original delivery date.
8. Returns Policy
8.1 Incorrectly filled or defective orders:
8.1.1 If you find that your Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty order has been incorrectly filled or is defective, please contact Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty immediately (within two working days of delivery receipt) using the approved issue form located in ‘My Account’. Photo evidence will be required for verification. Important: If photo evidence is not submitted, the issue form becomes null and void.
8.1.2 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately upon verification of the particular case. Products deemed defective by a customer must be advised to Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty within two working days of receipt of delivery (copies of shipping/postage documentation will be required) using the appropriate issue form located in ‘My Account’ on the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website.
8.1.3 Upon verification of an incorrectly filled order, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will arrange for the immediate shipment/return of required items at no cost to the customer.
8.2 Incorrect Blind Measurements provided by Customer:
8.2.1 Ready Made blinds bought from stock may be exchanged if they are returned within 7 days of purchase in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging, in like-new condition and accompanied by your receipt. Delivery charges apply. Customers are required to advise Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty of their required exchange using the issue form located in ‘My Account’ on the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website.
8.2.3 Items that have been customised or resized cannot be returned. Custom Made blinds are made to fit your window after you place an order. Each blind is manufactured to your unique measurements and specifications. For this reason we are only able to accept returns on orders that are incorrectly filled by Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty or are defective.
8.3 Customer alters product after receiving delivery or misuses the product:
8.3.1 In the event that a customer chooses to alter the product or have the product altered by another provider and the product is damaged and/or does not fit as a result of the alteration, or in the event that the customer misuses the product for purposes other than the intent of being a window furnishing, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall not be held responsible for the alteration or damages and shall not refund or replace the altered product.
8.3.2 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty reserves the right to charge on a time and materials basis in respect of any repairs, replacement, collection and return of the product which Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty agree to carry out at the customer’s request.
8.3.3 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will be entitled to debit your credit card used for the original purchase for the amount notified to you for the collection, repair/replacement and return freighting of goods prior to any action being taken, and only if the charges have been agreed to by the customer.
8.3.4 All defective orders (be they incorrect measurements or damaged goods) MUST be reported to Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty within two working days of delivery for Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty to work with the customer on rectifying the situation. If Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty has not been advised of damaged or non-fitting products in line with Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty Returns Policy then they are not in a position to assist the customer or be held accountable.
8.4 Incorrect colour choice:
8.4.1 The product information and photographs contained within the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website are provided for illustrative purposes only. If you have any doubt as to the precise colour of the product you wish to order, you are strongly advised to purchase a colour sample prior to making a final product purchase (the cost of which is refunded against your final blind/curtain order). Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall not be held responsible for colour choices made on the basis of web images (see section Colour display).
8.4.2 Returns received by Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty from customers who have not completed the user-friendly issue form located in ‘My Account’ will experience delays until such time as the issue form has been received and Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty endeavours to obtain the relevant information.
9. Errors in your order
9.1 It is very important that you follow Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty measuring and installation instructions. When you follow Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty instructions we guarantee your blinds will fit perfectly! It is equally important that you review your email order confirmation for accuracy. Of course Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty realise that mistakes may occur and if Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty make a mistake on your order Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will either repair or remake it at no charge to you. If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering please contact Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty as soon as possible. Depending on the type of error it may be possible to return the product to the factory for exchange for Ready Made Blinds (only) provided they are in their original and unopened condition. The option shall be at the discretion of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty based on the type of claim. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of freight and arranging of the return freight. Resized (cut to size) Blinds and Custom Made blinds cannot be returned to the warehouse for replacement or exchange.
10.1 Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a federal tax introduced by the Australian Government. Unless otherwise mentioned on a quote, product listing or any other documentation issued by Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty, all prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
12.1 All prices listed on the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website, in quotes, invoices or any other documentation issued by Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
12. Credit Card Fraud
12.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty have incorporated what they believe to be the safest online payment medium for their customers. Despite these best efforts, in the event that sensitive Credit Card information of a customer has been compromised, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall not be held responsible for any damages, consequential losses, direct or indirectly suffered by the customer. Such events can include but are not limited to computer hacking of personal computers, internet redirection of keystrokes or other incidents that are beyond the control of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty or the use of an individual’s credit card by an unauthorised person.
13. Export of Sales – Delivering to an overseas address
13.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty do not hold an exporters licence. As such the extent of any sale is confined to the political boundaries of Australia. Therefore, no customer shipment or order can or will be undertaken from an offshore individual or entity.
14. Colour Display
14.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty engage the services of professional photographers, web design specialists and product manufacturers to ensure the best display of all products, colouring, accessories and instructions are as accurate as possible. The accuracy in colour of all products displayed online is subject to the colour settings on your individual monitor. As such Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty cannot guarantee that your monitors display will give you a true representation of product colours.
15. Product Samples
15.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty make every reasonable effort to ensure the colours shown on the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website accurately match the products sold by Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty. However, there may be some differences in actual colour due to differences in computer systems and colour monitors. Some textures may not be clearly visible. Natural products like wood and bamboo have a natural character and may have subtle colour and grain pattern differences. For the most likely accurate colour match, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty request that you order samples.
15.2 In addition, it is recommended that you order ALL your blinds of a given colour at the same time as there can be minor variations between dye lots.
16. Product Warranties
16.1 Return of product under warranty must be arranged by the customer. All costs associated with the return of the product must in the first instance be borne by the customer until such times as Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty can assess the case. If deemed a reasonable warranty claim, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will replace or repair the product and return by courier to the original customer.
16.2 The warranty period begins from the date the order was placed.
16.3 For manufacturer warranties and in some instances manufacturer’s extended warranties, please refer to individual product pages.
17. Discontinued Products
17.1 From time to time a product or fabric may be discontinued to make way for a new product or in the event the mill no longer produces the colour or pattern. Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty make every effort to keep products up to date on their website however, in the case that a product becomes discontinued; this is beyond the control of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty. Should an order be placed for a product that is discontinued, a Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty Customer Service representative will contact you immediately and an alternative product may be selected or a refund for that particular product ordered given.
18. Back Orders
18.1 In the event that an order from a supplier is delayed, or in the event that Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty may be experiencing a busier than usual period, or in the rare event that a product is placed on back order, Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty will notify the customer within 24 hours with a new estimated time of delivery.
19. Exclusion of Liability
19.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall not be liable for any loss of income, profits, contracts, data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise resulting from purchases made through Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty.
19.2 In the event of a refund, the maximum amount for which Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty undertakes liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product including postage and handling.
19.3 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall not accept liability for:
- incorrect measurement by the customer for any purchases
- incidental and or inconsequential damages as a result of purchases
- the cost of installation, removal or reinstallation of any product
20. Corrections and Continuous Improvement
20.1 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty pride themselves on being leaders in not only product but also on their levels of customer service. This includes the information provided to customers on product selections and purchases. Whilst endeavouring to provide accurate and up to date information, in rare instances, typographical errors and inaccuracies may occur. Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or pictures at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed your order). Possible changes may include but are not limited to product type, price, photographic depiction and availability.
21. Contracts of Sale
21.1 All Contracts of Sale entered into are between the customer and Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty. No rights and or obligations whether in part or in whole can be assigned to a third party without the express written permission of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty. Any third party transfer without the written permission of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty shall be deemed to be null and void.
21.2 In the event that a competent authority holds part of the Terms and Conditions as laid down on this website or those deemed to form part of the Contract of Sale to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or part, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
21.3 Under the Trades Practices Act 1974 (“ACT”) where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability on Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited at the option of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty to the replacement of the product/s or the re-supply of the same product/s; the payment of costs for replacing the product/s or of providing equivalent product/s. Governing disputes are covered under the state law of business registration which in the case of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty is the state of Queensland in the Commonwealth of Australia.
22. Terms and Use of the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty Website
22.1 The Australian owned website of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty or any portion of the Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, plagiarised or otherwise exploited for any commercial purposes that is not expressly permitted by Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty Pty Ltd Limited.
22.2 Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders at its discretion including, without limitation, if Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Blinds 2 Go Intl Ltd Pty.
